Procedures[edit]

  1. Set the water with Sugar to boil.
  2. Peel the apricots and let sit in cold water.
  3. When the Sugar has dissolved, add the apricots and lemon juice.
  4. Let simmer for a while, removing the foam as it forms.
  5. Serve cold.
