Beer and Cheddar Soup I

  1. Sauté carrots, onions, and celery in peanut oil.
  2. Add chicken broth, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Add spices.
  4. Mix flour with cheese and add.
  5. Stir until cheese melted and add sausages.
  6. Add beer.
  7. Simmer.
  8. Serve with homemade bread.
