Broiled Tomatoes I

Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 1/2 cup stuffing mix, herb-seasoned
  • 2 tsp butter (or marg.), melted
  • 1/2 cup Cheese, parmesan, grated
  • mustard, dijon
  • 8 tomatoes, halved

Procedures[edit]

  1. Combine stuffing mix, butter, and Cheese; mix well.
  2. Spread mustard over surface of tomatoes.
  3. Spoon stuffing mixture over mustard.
  4. Broil 4 inches from heat about 7 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
