  1. Combine rice, chicken, ¾ cup cheese and onions.
  2. Combine milk, eggs and salt in small bowl.
  3. Pour rice mixture into greased 2-quart baking dish; top with egg mixture. Bake at 350 °F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Top with remaining ¾ cup cheese.
  5. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
