Chushki byurek

Procedure[edit]

  1. Bake, peel and seed the peppers.
  2. Mix the crumbled cheese with 4 beaten eggs.
  3. Stuff the peppers with the mixture, roll in breadcrumbs and beaten eggs and fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
