Combo Casserole
Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients[edit]
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked Chicken cubes
- 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped chutney
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Procedures[edit]
- Combine rice, chicken, pineapple, celery, green pepper and 1/2 cup cheese in large bowl.
- Stir in mayonnaise, chutney, salt and pepper.
- Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
