Cranberry Bread I

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  2. Mix in blender egg, shortening, orange juice, orange rind and sugar.
  3. Add cranberries and nuts, for 2 cycles at "chop" setting.
  4. Empty into flour mixture.
  5. Mix by hand until moistened.
  6. Bake in a greased 9x5 pan at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
