Procedures[edit]

  1. Peel oranges and trim off the white membrane.
  2. Grate 4 tablespoons of the peel.
  3. Coarsely chop the oranges.
  4. Chop or process the cranberries in a blender or food processor until coarsely chopped, but not too fine.
  5. Combine all ingredients and allow to blend at least 6 hours, overnight if possible.
  6. Serve next to the turkey.
