Description
English: Image is human equivalent of a loin in quadrapeds. It is the most unexcersised and tender portion on the body. In this image, Hips-Gluteus Medius (Rump)in meat animals, Back-Longissimus dorsi (Rib eye) in meat animals, Belly- Rectus abdominis (Flank) in meat animals are visible. The loin area-Psoas (Tenderloin) in meat animals starting at end of ribs and extending to pelvic area is visible. It includes last pair of ribs, lower back (Coccyx area).Actually fleshy section of muscles cut parallel to backbone, few ribs and structural fat is loin.
