  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Coat roasting pan with cooking spray.
  3. In bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, stir in mustard.
  4. Press crumb mixture onto all sides of lamb except ribs.
  5. Spray crumb crust with cooking spray.
  6. Roast 30 minutes.
  7. Or until done.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes.
  9. Before carving.
  10. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
