Non-alcoholic Frozen Peach Daiquiri
Makes 4 moderate or 2 large servings
- 2 cartons non-fat, sugar-free peach yogurt
- 1 medium banana
- 2 tsp coconut extract
- 1 pack (small) frozen peaches
- In a blender combine the yogurt, peeled and chunked banana, and the coconut extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- With blender running, drop frozen peaches through opening in lid a little at a time.
- Process until smooth.
