Salmon tartar with coriander, caviar and lime-sauce



  1. Mince or coarsely chop the salmon, preferably in a food mixer. (Don´t mush it!)
  2. Combine with the shallots, pimento and chopped coriander leaves. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Form the mixture into little towers. Put one teaspoon Caviar on top.


  1. For the sauce you stir together the sour cream, lime-juice, mustard and maple syrup.
  2. salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the salmon-tartar and sauce on a plate and garnish with lime wedges and coriander leaves.
