Procedures[edit]

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let cool.
  2. Shell and cut them in two lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
  4. Mix with butter, adding a raw yolk, the cheese and salt.
  5. Fill the whites with this paste.
  6. Spread some chopped dill on top.
  7. Arrange the stuffed eggs on a platter and decorate with dill sprigs around the eggs.
