Sweet Potatoes and Cranberries

  1. boil sweet potatoes in their skins until barely tender.
  2. Peel, slice thickly, and arrange in a buttered baking dish.
  3. In saucepan mix remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, for five minutes.
  5. Pour over sweet potatoes and bake uncovered at 350 °F for 20 minutes or until glazed and hot.
