Tuna Pitas

Pita bread, California avocado, tuna, lots of veggies and melted cheese sandwich.



  1. Spread pita bread with mayo, then avocado, and then tuna salad.
  2. Top that with sprouts, a tomato slice or two, a handful of mushrooms, cover with cheese and sprinkle with spike.
  3. Bake 375°F until cheese is melted (5–10 minutes).
