* 1 Medium [[Onion]], Diced


Brown Hamburger; Drain. [[brown rice]]-a-Roni According to Package Directions. Add Seasoning Packet, [[water]], Hamburger, [[onion]]s And [[Mushroom]]s. Continue Cooking According to Package Directions. After Mixture is Cooked Remove From Stove And Stir in [[sour cream]].
