* ½ cup [[balsamic vinegar]]
* ¼ cup [[water]]
* 1 tsp [[salt]]
* ½ tbsp [[pepper]]
* 1 tbsp [[Dijon mustard]]

== Procedures ==
# Separate (but don't peel) the cloves of [[garlic]] and roast in an un-oiled pan for 15 minutes at 35°F0, turning occasionally. 
# Set aside and peel when cool. 
# In a blender or food processor, blend everything together until smooth.
