== Ingredients ==
* a [[chicken]]
* dried [[mushroom]]s, [[raisins]] and [[prune]]s in equal quantities

* [[butter]], [[salt]], [[pepper]]

== Procedures ==
# The day before cooking put the [[mushroom]]s, [[raisins]] and [[prune]]s into the [[water]] and let stay for a day.
# Rub the hen with [[salt]] and [[pepper]] outside and inside and with [[butter]] inside.
# Boil the [[rice]] and then mix it with [[prune]]s, [[mushroom]]s and [[raisins]].
# Stuff the hen with the mixture and bake it the open heat for 50 minutes.
