== Ingredients ==
* 1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust 		
* 1 small pkg. [[peach]] [[gelatin]]
* 1 pt. [[vanilla]] [[ice]] [[cream]] 		
* 11/2 c. chopped [[mango]]

== Procedures ==
# Drain fruit and to juice add enough hot [[water]] to make 1 cup liquid. 
# Dissolve [[gelatin]] in hot liquid and add [[ice]] [[cream]]. 
# Stir until dissolved and refrigerate until becomes the consistency of [[egg]] white. 
# Then add fruit and pour into a pie shell and refrigerate.
