==Ingredients==
*1 quart dairy-free soy or rice ice cream
*1 16-oz bag frozen strawberries, thawed
*1/4 cup coconut milk
*1/4 cup dairy-free almond milk, plus more if desired
*1 T. maple syrup

==Instructions==

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until thick and creamy. Add more dairy-free almond milk if desired. Serve cold, garnishing with a sprig of mint, dairy-free chocolate, nuts, or strawberries.
