* 2 cup flour
* 1/2 tbsp salt
* 1 tbsp baking powder
* 1 tbsp baking soda
* 8 tbsp cocoa
* 1 cup sugar
* 3/4 cup lite or cholesterol-
* 1 x free mayonnaise
* 1 cup water
* 1 tbsp vanilla

== Procedures ==

Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix on high speed with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into pan (one 9x13 or two 8" layers) sprayed with nonstick coating and bake at 350&nbsp;°F for 30 minutes. Note: from the teacher that submitted this. "we also bake it in ice cream cones, 30 seconds each in the microwave; top with ice cream."
