* 2 tsp [[baking powder]]
* 1/4 cup [[Peanut butter]], cream-style
* 1 cup low-fat or skim [[milk]]
* 1 [[egg yolk]]
* 1/2 tsp real [[butter]]
* 3 tbsp. mini [[chocolate chips]]
* 1/2 tsp [[vanilla extract]]
== Procedures ==

# Using a blender, place [[milk]],[[Peanut butter]],[[vanilla]],[[butter]],[[egg yolk]],mix until well blended.
# In a separate mixing bowl add [[flour]], [[salt]] & [[granulated sugar|white sugar]], [[baking powder]].
# Add [[Peanut]] [[butter]] mixture, stir well. Next fold in 3 T bsp. mini-chips.
# Pour about 1/4 cupfuls into hot waffle iron, serve warm.
