Description

  • Makes 6, 2x4-inches servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredient.
  2. Beat vigorously with a spoon until very well blended, about 1½ minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into a 8x8x2-inch, greased and floured pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated, 350°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touch.
  5. Cool 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the pan and set on a rack.
  7. Serve as a hot bread or as a dessert with a whipped topping.
