walnut Pilaf
Dash nutmeg
Heat water With salt to Boiling. Stir in rice, Cover And Simmer Over Low Heat For 20 Minutes. Heat butter Slowly Until it Browns Lightly. Add walnuts. Blend With nutmeg Into Hot Cooked rice. to Grind walnuts, Use a Food Processor or Blender to Get Very Finely Chopped walnuts. Serves 4 to 6Source: my Old Recipes
