Description

Served as snack or dessert, this is a delicious recipe after your kid’s sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Directions

Place cereal, apricots, raisins and peanuts in a bowl and mix. In a saucepan, put margarine and marshmallows. Melt over medium-high heat. When melted, add Peanut butter and stir. Add cereal mixture to saucepan and mix until cereal is well coated. When the mixture can be handled by hand, scoop half a cup of the mixture and roll it into a ball. If the mixture in the saucepan starts to harden, cook it again over high heat for 30 seconds or until it softens again. Place the balls on a tray and chill for an hour or so before serving. Makes 6 balls.
