This Chocolate Mousse recipe is low in carbohydrates, and is therefore acceptable for an Atkins-style diet.
Ingredients
- 1 cup or 1 parts (240ml) half and half
- 1 cup or 1 parts (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup or 1 parts (240ml) water
- 4 scoops or 1 parts Atkins Chocolate Shake Mix
- 2 tsp or 1/24 part stevia extract or other sugar replacement
