Directions

  1. Brown ground turkey in medium skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Drain and rinse turkey in colander.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes and garlic.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the flour with the spices.
  5. Add the mixture to the pan.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
