Directions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, chili powder and seasoned salt.
  2. In another shallow bowl, combine the egg and milk.
  3. Dip chops in egg mixture, then coat with crumbs.
  4. Transfer to a 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 – 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160f.
