Crust

  1. Combine crust ingredients and press into 9 x 12 inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Cool.

Topping

  1. Whip cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip and blend well.
  3. Spread over cooled crust.
  4. Add pudding to milk.
  5. Beat until almost thick.
  6. Pour over cheese layer.
  7. Top with remaining cool whip.
