Description

A TNT recipe From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pound meat with tenderizer and sprinkle both side with dash of pepper, salt, ginger and garlic powder.
  2. Sprinkle pork chops with soy sauce and coat with flour.
  3. Dip chops in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat pan over high heat for 1 minutes and pour in a little oil.
  5. When oil is heated, turn heat to medium and put chops in.
  6. Fry until browned on both sides and pork is cooked through.
  7. Cut cooked chops into bite size pieces and arrange on hot serving dish.
  8. Garnish with tomato wedges and shredded cucumber.
  9. Serve with tomato or barbecue sauce.
