  1. Clean fish with lemon juice or vinegar.
  2. Boil fish-remove bones. (Mince)
  3. In a mixing bowl-add fish, 1/2 bread crumbs, milk, sweet pepper, Onion and salt.
  4. Mix to a soft consistency.
  5. Grease loaf tin-line with cabbage leaves. Add 1/2 mixture, put boiled eggs-Cover with remaining mixture.
  6. Cover with bread crumbs and dot with margarine or strips of Bacon.
  7. Bake at 350 F for 30–35 minutes.
