Coconut Bread
Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup margarine, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup raisins, optional
