Ingredients
- 2.5 cups (600g) white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 9 inch (22cm) pre-made pie crust
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Mix sugar, butter, and vinegar in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Beat eggs in bowl.
- Add contents of saucepan to eggs, then add vanilla.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Cook pie in 375°F (190°C) oven for 35 minutes.
- Let cool.
