Ingredients

Procedure

  1. Slice up an onion.
  2. Chop up a few cloves of garlic.
  3. Place these, the shrimp and the beer, in a plastic or glass bowl.
  4. Add as much Tabasco as you'd like (start with 1 TBSP) and some salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and marinate over night.
  6. Next day before cooking remove shrimp from marinade.
  7. Discard marinade.
  8. Melt some butter in a pan and sauté shrimp until pink and done.
  9. Don't overcook or they'll be rubbery.
  10. You can also grill the shrimp.
