A good fall-back meal using ingredients that many pantries will often have lying in a dusty corner, but are also cheap to pick up.

Ingredients

Procedure

  1. Strain chick peas and dry with a towel.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet
  3. Sauté peas until slightly colored, about 6 minutes.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard and stir(optional)
  5. Pepper & salt to taste
