Description
Ingredients
- 1 cup tapioca
- 1 can (13.5 ounces) coconut milk
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a small pot add 6 cups water and bring to a boil. Add tapioca and stir well. Bring to a boil and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally . Let it sit until ready to use, at least 10 minutes. Strain, rinse, and drain well. #In the same pot add coconut milk, Sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil on high heat. Add tapioca, stir well, and return to a boil. Turn off the heat and let it sit 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve at room temperature or cold.
