Directions

  • Combine the Parmesan cheese, Mayonnaise, anchovy paste, and Onion in a bowl.
  • Spoon mixture evenly into pastry shells.
  • Place on a jelly-roll pan.
  • Place under the broiler about 1 minute.
  • Garnish with shrimp and Parsley.
