Ingredients
- 8 oz English cucumber or seeded cucumber
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1½ teaspoons minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon go choo ga roo (Korean chili powder)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
