Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and saute the onion, bell pepper and garlic until tender.
  2. Stir in the turkey, and cook until evenly brown.
  3. Mix in tomatoes, pumpkin and chili beans.
  4. Stir in beef bullion and water.
  5. Season with chili powder, cumin, pepper, and salt.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes or put in slow cooker.
  7. If desired service with shredded cheddar cheese.
