Description

A filling Irish dish that's quick and easy to prepare. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Melt butter in a large frying pan.
  2. Add cabbage, onion and carrots.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add in potatoes, ham, Worscestershire sauce and pepper.
  5. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally.
