Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup Peanut butter, cream-style
- 1 cup low-fat or skim milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp real butter
- 3 tbsp. mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Procedures
- Using a blender, place milk,Peanut butter,vanilla,butter,egg yolk,mix until well blended.
- In a separate mixing bowl add flour, salt & white sugar, baking powder.
- Add Peanut butter mixture, stir well. Next fold in 3 T bsp. mini-chips.
- Pour about 1/4 cupfuls into hot waffle iron, serve warm.
