Description
I believe I am the original poster of this recipe. My mom handed this recipe down to me several years ago and it has recently become very popular with busy moms all over the Internet. Try using Chinese ketchup instead of regular. Serve with steamed white rice like jasmine or basmati and/or Chinese noodles." Original recipe yield: 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 6 thick cut Pork chops (1 inch)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
Procedures
1- add together the giner, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup , and garlic on top of the Pork.
2 - Cook for 4 to 5 hours.
