Ingredients

- 1 onion, peeled and chopped

- ½ piment, minced
- 2½ cups water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube (Maggi cube)
- 2 small potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 ear fresh corn kernel
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons NIDO (powdered whole milk)
- 2 tablespoons potato flakes
- fresh parsley, minced
