Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Heat a tbsp of oil and season with panch phoron and kashmiri chiles.
  2. Add the pineapple and cook on full heat.
  3. Add chopped dates or apricots, chopped ginger, sugar and salt.
  4. Cook until the pineapple cubes are soft.
  5. Add lime juice when cooked.
