Ingredients
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 tbsp sugar (to taste)
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 cup mashed mangos
Procedures
- Mix mango and apple juice.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Beat it well then fold in whipped cream and nutmeg.
- Pour into porcelain petit pots and chill for several hours.
