Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Chop vegetables, removing seeds from chilies.
  2. Combine all ingredients and chill for two hours before serving.
  3. Try this on any meat, fish or egg dish.
  4. Our favorite is melted Monterey jack cheese spooned onto floured tortilla halves and topped with this.
  5. Roll them up and attack!
