This Y-group is international. Good food from all parts of the world. A place where we can share the wonderful food from all over the world.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Cut each slice of bread into 4 squares (32 squares total).
  2. Combine the diced water chestnuts, onion, shrimp and mince until fine.
  3. Add the scallion, cornstarch, egg, white pepper, and sesame oil.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Place a heaping teaspoon of the shrimp mixture on a bread square.
  6. Continue with each of the bread squares.
  7. Heat wok and add 2 - 4 cups oil.
  8. Heat the oil to 375°F .
  9. Carefully slide the bread pieces into the wok, a few slices at a time, shrimp mixture down.
  10. Deep-fry until golden , about 2 minutes, then turn and deep-fry on other side.
  11. Drain on paper towels.
  12. Serve hot.
