Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Mix oil, chocolate, and sugar.
  2. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed; add vanilla.
  3. Stir in salt, flour, and baking powder.
  4. Chill several hours or overnight.

To bake

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place powdered sugar on a plate.
  3. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto powdered sugar, roll them around in it, and shape them into balls.
  4. Place the balls about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets and bake 10 – 12 minutes.
  5. Cool cookies on racks before storing them
