Description

Cocktail Kebabs is a delicious recipe that you can cook quickly and easily.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Remove heads and body shells from shrimp but leave on tail shells.
  2. Devein shrimp by removing black spinal cord.
  3. Cut each green onion in 4 daisies.
  4. Put shrimp, green onions, bell pepper and in a bowl.
  5. Mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, mustard and horseradish.
  6. Pour over shrimp mixture, cover and marinate at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove ingredients from marinade and thread equally on 8 wooden picks.
  8. Drain on paper towels.
