Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup dried apricots
- ⅓ cup walnuts
- ⅓ cup almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger, ground
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp red kosher wine
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients in a processor.
- Process until finely chopped.
- Pat into a serving container, then cover til needed.
